Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth export and domestic dispatch processes.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentations (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, laws, and standards.4. Plan and coordinate transportation (air/sea/land) for exports.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and delays.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
- Communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders for all queries.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and dispatch.
- Reduce Freight Costs with Optimum Planning.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
