**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Export Documentation & Compliance:

- Prepare and process export documents such as invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.

2. Logistics Management:

- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents for smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and promptly resolve logistics or customs-related issues.

3. Coordination with Internal Departments:

- Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless export processes.

4. Reporting & Record Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all export-related activities, including documentation, shipments, and bill payments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the food industry or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep records up to date.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
