The Office Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company or organization to ensure that business goals and objectives are met. They work closely with senior management and customer to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, increase profitability, and improve efficiency. The Office
Assistant also manages and motivates a team of production staff to ensure high-quality output and adherence to production schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Correspondence
- Stock keeping, Purchase & Sales Updates
- To Follow up for CEO
- Account Data Entry (Generation of Invoice and Dispatch details)
- Should Have Good Command on Computer, Accounting & English
- Manage Incoming Calls And Customer Service Inquiries.
- Provide Information About Products And Services, Take/Cancel Orders, And Record Details Of Complaints
- Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions Taken
- Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests
- Refer Unresolved Customer Issues Or Special Requests To Designated Departments For Further Investigation
- Comfortable With Working On Laptop/Desktop, Entering Data Etc.
- Communicate and act as the bridge between company operations.
- Develop and implement strategies that drive growth, increase profitability, and improve efficiency.
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations, including finance, marketing, operations, production and human resources.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement business plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the production process, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure timely and efficient completion of production goals.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to all team members and that they are adhered to.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction or revenue generation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, including setting performance goals, providing training and development, and conducting performance reviews.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to the organization's goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization's interests are represented.
- Ensure that all company information is kept confidential and that data security policies are adhered to.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, pharmacy, management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a business management role, preferably in a Cosmetic or Pharma industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the industry.
- Good understanding of quality control procedures and experience implementing them.
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling tools and software.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with data security and privacy policies.
