**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Job Location: Chennai**

**Experience: 2+ Years**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using the scripts provided
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Provide online demo of the product to interested customers
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances or complaints if any
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Any graduate degree (Life Sciences background will be added advantage)
- Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of CRM softwares is a good to have
- Fluency with office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience working with a wider sales team is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
