Job Title**:HR Business Partner (HRBP) **(Risk Management KPO)
Location**:Pune (Balewadi Highstreet)**

Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Talent Management: Oversee the full cycle of talent management, from recruitment to succession planning, with a focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback to enhance employee productivity.
- Learning & Development: Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and implement relevant training and development programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, managing risk while maintaining a fair and equitable workplace.
- HR Metrics: Use data analytics to track and report on HR metrics such as retention, employee satisfaction, and productivity, to support decision-making.
- Change Management: Lead HR initiatives that support organizational change, including restructuring, expansions, or new processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.

**Qualifications**:

- **2+ years of proven experience as a HR Business Partner**
- Strong knowledge of **labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.**
- Experience with **employee relations, talent management, and performance management.**
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data reporting and using metrics for decision-making.
- **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources**, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
