- Food and beverage operations: Overseeing food and beverage service, including inventory, cleanliness, and quality.
- Team management: Handling daily team member relations, and encouraging problem solving.
- Efficiency: Maximizing efficiency by moving items around, scraping and washing dishes, and overseeing deliveries.
- Safety and sanitation: Ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Guest loyalty: Building rapport with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Other duties: Setting up and breaking down buffets, assisting with orders to go, and seating guests.

A restaurant captain should be well-groomed, physically fit, and have excellent communication, observational, and team management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
