**Job Role**:
**- Primary job Role**:

- Daily/periodic supervision of the rooms.
- Laundry management.
- Maintain highest quality control.
- Checkout room inspection, reporting missing items or damages promptly, lost & found.
- In-room inspection for upkeep of all amenities and facilities, reporting the issues, faults promptly.
- Stock management, optimum procurement and stock-keeping of supplies in timely manner.
- Implement continuous improvement, setting highest standards for hygiene, cleanliness and property upkeep, and maintain that in long term.
- Develop and implement better cleaning protocols and standards

**Assisting Sr. HK supervisor in below jobs**:

- Take care of in-room housekeeping & common area cleaning both ( on-room is prime, common area is small ).
- Staff planning, room allocation, workload & shift management, staff duty roasters.
- Daily briefing, setting daily goals, effective supervision.
- Hiring, training, and nurturing of staff.
- Prepare/improve process manuals, SOPs.
- Data record keeping in real time, prepare daily/weekly reports, management reporting.

**Skills**:

- Prior experience in Housekeeping in the Hospitality Industry is must.
- Experience of in-room housekeeping in hotels or any Residential facilities is preferred ( but not mandatory ).
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning, materials and tools.
- Conversational English skills ( verbal and written ).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, hands-on with general PC and software usage.
- Multi-tasking, good in team management.

**NOTE**:Its a general shift job and accommodation will not be provided by the company.

Pay: ₹10,911.70 - ₹23,977.10 per month
