Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, visit, and evaluate cocopeat suppliers and coir mills in target areas.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Procure raw cocopeat in accordance with company quality and volume standards.
- Perform on-site inspections to assess the quality and moisture levels of cocopeat.
- Coordinate logistics for transportation from the field to processing facilities.
- Maintain detailed records of field procurement activities, vendor interactions, and material quality reports.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor local market trends, pricing, and seasonal availability of cocopeat.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local procurement regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of field procurement experience, preferably in the agro or coir industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cocopeat quality standards and grading methods.
- Willingness to travel extensively to rural and semi-urban areas.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-ground challenges.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory handling is a plus.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with coir industry supply chains.
- Local language proficiency.
- Motorcycle license and willingness to travel via two-wheeler (if required).

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
