What This Job Involves

Acts as the primary contact for any building issues associated with horticulture and landscape.
Reports to Estate Manager and gives update pertaining to the horticulture aspects of the buildings.
Monitors third party horticulture vendor performance and works closely with housekeeping executives to ensure work is completed as per the standards.
Contribute towards service standards regarding aesthetic upkeep of horticulture and landscape of the buildings.
Develop new concepts of service and methods to achieve organizational objectives.
Regularly /undertakes market surveys to recommend and propose best quality plants and equipment.
Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all garden areas, pathways, and indoor and outdoor plants as per standards.
Properly schedule garden activities like watering, pruning, weeding, cutting, fertilization etc.
Direct the budgeting process in coordination with the Estate Manager for all capital and operational requirements to achieve financial profitability.
Identify and develop new products, equipment, and amenities to enhance product quality.
Ensure adherence to safety policy of the company.
Take measures to conserve energy, to be committed to the environment sustainability.
Ensure adherence of grooming standards by all employees in coordination with the functional heads of each department.
Plan, innovate, organize, and direct the team to ensure the highest degree of client’s satisfaction.
Ensure horticulture AMC as per contract.
Accountable to maintain the compliances of the related Horticulture department.
Coordinate, monitor & respond to requests promptly and according to policies. Prepare, assign & direct weekly schedules and daily duties pertaining to horticulture.

Graduate with relevant experience
