**Job Title: Field Officer**

**Location**: Bharavan, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**No. of Positions**: 1

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated **Field Officers** to mobilize communities and coordinate the implementation of development activities under our CSR project. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong community engagement and multi-sectoral coordination.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:1. **Community Mobilization & Participation**
- Engage local communities to participate in project activities.
- Conduct meetings, awareness drives, and outreach programs on health, education, livelihood, and sanitation.
- Ensure inclusive participation, especially of women, youth, and marginalized groups.

2. **Project Implementation**
- Facilitate and oversee village-level development initiatives as per project guidelines.
- Coordinate timely execution of trainings, infrastructure works, and awareness campaigns.

3. **Liaison and Coordination**
- Serve as the bridge between villagers, SHGs, Panchayats, schools, healthcare workers, and government departments.
- Enable convergence with government schemes and collaborations with NGOs.

4. **Capacity Building and Training Support**
- Identify capacity-building needs among villagers, youth, SHGs, etc.
- Support in organizing and facilitating training sessions on various themes like entrepreneurship, health, and livelihoods.

5. **Monitoring & Documentation**
- Track progress of village-level activities and maintain field records.
- Submit accurate reports, attendance sheets, case studies, and monthly updates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in community mobilization or rural development.
- Familiarity with Hardoi region and its rural ecosystem.
- Fluency in the local language is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
