Impact Officer

Job Description:

- Develop and implement CSR projects aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and NGOs, to ensure effective project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive MIS reports to track the progress of CSR projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all projects, including reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for CSR projects.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess project performance and impact.
- Engage with community members, local authorities, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure project support.
- Analyse data to generate insights and recommendations for project improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes.
- Organize and participate in community meetings and events to promote project awareness and participation.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in waste management, with a focus on CSR and IDM projects.
- Proficiency in MIS preparation, documentation, and MEL methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
