**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Delivery**:

- Develop lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines and educational objectives.
- Deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and discussions to impart knowledge on commerce-related topics.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.

**Subject Expertise**:

- Stay updated with advancements, trends, and developments in the field of commerce to enrich teaching materials and methodologies.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' comprehension and retention of course material.
- Provide constructive feedback on students' performance to facilitate improvement and academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of students' grades and progress, adhering to school policies and procedures.

**Student Support and Guidance**:

- Offer academic guidance and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and challenges.
- Assist students in setting academic goals, planning their studies, and exploring career options within the commerce domain.
- Provide mentorship and counseling to students as needed, fostering a supportive and nurturing learning environment**.**

**Classroom Management**:

- Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain discipline and promote a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Manage classroom resources effectively, including textbooks, supplementary materials, and technological tools.
- Encourage active participation and engagement among students through interactive teaching methods and activities.

**Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings to enhance curriculum coherence and alignment.
- Contribute to the broader school community through involvement in extracurricular activities, committees, or initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is often preferred.
- Teaching certification or licensure appropriate for the jurisdiction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for education, commitment to student success, and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning.
- Familiarity with curriculum standards and assessment practices in commerce education.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic classroom environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
