Commerce Faculty Required for Class Xii Board Aspirants

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Teach **Accountancy.**:
- Plan and deliver **engaging and structured lessons** aligned with syllabus requirements.
- Prepare students thoroughly for **board exams**, with emphasis on conceptual clarity and writing practice.
- Conduct **regular tests, assignments, and doubt-solving sessions**.
- Maintain performance records of students and provide regular feedback.
- Use innovative and modern teaching methods (including **smart boards, presentations, or apps**) when required.
- Coordinate with parents and academic team to track student progress.
- Maintain discipline and motivate students to achieve academic goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in **Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)** or relevant field.
- **B.Ed.** preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and student success.
**⭐ Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with **CBSE/ISC/State Board** curriculum.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using **online platforms, smart classes, or teaching apps**.
- Ability to simplify complex topics using practical examples.
- Strong mentoring and motivational skills.
