**About the Role**
**You will**
- Provide support to the existing clients by solving their queries and sharing new updates.
- Focus to scale up sellers GMS (gross merchandise sale) through sales efforts from the
executive's end by studying existing and potential Etsy Sellers.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call
/Meetings reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolve sellers complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing
reports; making recommendations to management.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**About You**
- Voice sales/Support process experience will be preferred
- Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications: Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals,
Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge,
Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
- Polite in nature
Good understanding and quick learner
- Basic excel/ google sheets knowledge.
- You must be a graduate from a recognized University/College.
- You are fluent in English and a local language.
- You are a computer savvy (knows their way around an e-commerce platform, able to use
a smartphone and laptop)
**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- E-commerce voice sales: 2 years (required)
