We need an employee **who is willing to work in an eCommerce company** and can handle the day-to-day operational works.
Selected employee's **day-to-day responsibilities include**:
- Calling customers to verify COD orders and confirm the address.
- Calling customers to handle un-delivered shipments.
- Stock Listing and Management.
- Taking customer feedbacks, or complaints and addressing any potential problems.
- Running Facebook and YouTube Ads
- Doing Social Media Optimisation
**_Work skills needed: _**
- Good English and Hindi writing and speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media channels like Facebook, Instagram.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing would be an addition.
