**About Us**

PeptideWebMD is a growing telemedicine company that helps patients access peptide therapies with ease and confidence. We are looking for a motivated **Customer Support & Consultation Coordinator** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Call leads and prospective customers to assist them with booking consultations.
- Support existing customers by handling queries and providing guidance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
- Record and update all interactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the team to achieve targets and improve conversions.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent English communication skills** (verbal & written).
- **Customer Service Skills / Qualities**:

- Patience and empathy while assisting customers.
- Active listening and effective problem-solving.
- Professional and polite communication.
- **Sales Skills / Qualities**:

- Persuasive and confident communication.
- Ability to handle objections and guide customers.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on closing bookings.
- Positive, motivated, and team-oriented.

**What We Offer**
