**Job Title: Sales Representative (US Process - Night Shift)**

**Location**: Mohali

**Shift**: 6 PM to 3 AM

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a night shift or US process.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work night shifts.
