**Key Responsibilities**:
- _Closing Sales_: Employ cold calling and other direct marketing techniques to engage potential clients, building a robust pipeline of new clientele.
- _Sales Meetings_: Conduct meetings with perspective leads that effectively communicate the value and benefits of Mad Brains Technologies’ IT solutions.
- _Customer Needs Analysis_: Conduct thorough consultations to understand prospective clients' specific business needs and challenges.
- _Negotiation and Closing_: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for the company.
- _Client Relationship Managemen_t: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- _Market and Competitor Analysis_: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position Mad Brains Technologies in the market.
- _Team Collaboration_: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals and ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record in client communication and sales closure.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
