**Position - Operator - Machine Automation ( Ice Cream Industry )**

**Location - Talegaon, Pune, Maharashtra**

**Experience - 4+ Years in Ice Cream Industry**

**Education - Dip. - Mechatronics**

**Salary - Up To 4.75LPA**

**Job Description-**

**Machine monitoring**:
Continuously observing the automated machinery for any malfunctions, errors, or deviations from set parameters.

**Quality checks**:
Regularly inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards, including weight, packaging integrity, and labeling accuracy.

**Parameter adjustments**:
Making minor adjustments to machine settings as needed to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

**Troubleshooting**:
Identifying and resolving basic machine issues, reporting complex problems to maintenance technicians.

**Data recording**:
Maintaining production logs and recording relevant data like production volumes, downtime, and quality control metrics.

**Material handling**:
Loading raw materials and packaging supplies into the machine as required.

**Basic maintenance**:
Performing routine cleaning and lubrication tasks on the automated machinery.

Important aspects of this role:
**Technical skills**:
Understanding the operation of automated machinery, including basic electrical and mechanical principles.

Attention to detail:
Maintaining high quality standards by closely monitoring production processes.

Problem-solving:
Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize production disruptions.

Safety awareness:
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹475,000.00 per year
