Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled DRO Machine Operator to operate and maintain our Double Rotary Offset (DRO) machines. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, maintain product quality, and handle machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate DRO machines as per production requirements.
- Set up machines for new production runs and adjust settings as needed.
- Monitor performance to ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production logs and report any issues promptly.
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years operating DRO or similar printing/packaging machines.
- Strong understanding of machine setup, adjustments, and quality control.
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining efficiency.
