Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller Executive to join our team. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products or services, answering questions, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products or services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a detailed database of customer information, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales.
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and/or other regional languages as required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
