**Call Center Associate**

**Responsibilities**
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to fix appointments for the sales team
- Responding to inbound calls from potential customers
- Providing information about the company’s products and services
- Qualify prospects by asking open-ended questions to determine their needs and budget
- Fix appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified prospects
- Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are kept and completed successfully
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, appointments, and conversions
- Updating customer information in the company’s CRM
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
**Desired Skills & Experience**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication).
- At least 2 years of successful B2B Inside sales experience in call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales process
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a sales support or lead generation role
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Knowledge of lead generation and qualification
- Pro-active, organized, dependable with proven ability to work well in small team.
