Collecting and analyzing customer data

Using CRM systems to manage relationships

Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs

Handling customer complaints

Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives

Creating and executing retention campaigns

Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers

Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Transformatrix Global Pvt. Ltd. |C Wing, Unit: 20 | Neelkanth Business Park | Near Vidhyavihar Station, Vidyavihar West, Mumbai

**Shift timing & working days**:
10 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days working, 4th Saturday fixed off
