**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop engaging and high-quality content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.

**Community Engagement**:

- Build and nurture relationships with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategies to grow the company's social media following and increase engagement metrics.

**Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for optimization.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹8,478.61 - ₹39,907.75 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
