As a Multi Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our property's facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our guests. - Perform diverse duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property facilities and equipment - Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all property systems and infrastructure - Identify and address safety issues promptly, taking immediate corrective action when necessary - Maintain and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and load limits - Test and maintain various equipment, including motors, heaters, and controls, using standard test equipment - Oversee and maintain fire alarm systems, adhering to established protocols and standards - Assist guests with inquiries about property facilities in a helpful and informative manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies - Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance **Qualifications** - Secondary / High school education. - Trade Certificate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise. - Good reading and verbal proficiency in English language. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and load management. - Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols. - Proficiency in using standard test equipment for electrical and mechanical systems. - Physical capability to perform various maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing. - Detail-oriented approach with a focus on safety and quality. - Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Relevant building maintenance experience is a plus. - Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry advancements. **Additional Information** - Service oriented with an eye for details - Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team - Self-motivated and energetic - Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
