**Job Title: Admission Tele counsellor**

**Location: Noida Extension (Office Based)**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program Guidance**: Explain details about courses, admission criteria, fee structure, and career opportunities related to the programs offered.
- **Counselling**: Understand students' aspirations, academic background, and goals to recommend the most suitable programs.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update records of all interactions and progress in CRM or other software tools.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the admission and marketing teams to achieve enrolment targets.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospective students to enhance the counselling process and improve satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Education, or related fields).
- Fresher and experience in tele calling, counselling, or customer service (experience in admissions is a plus).

**Skills and Competencies**
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify Languages].
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with prospective students and their families.
- **Persuasion**: Strong convincing skills to inspire and guide students toward enrolment.
