**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on **Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube** to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and implement a **30-day marketing calendar** with content strategies for different digital platforms.
- Analyze digital marketing data, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Create and manage ad copies, creatives, and promotional materials for various platforms.
- Handle **SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns** to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to generate engaging content for social media and ad campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- **1-2 years** of experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in **Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns**.
- Proficiency in **SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing**.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with **Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite**.
- Creativity in developing marketing campaigns and content strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools** is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
