**Job Title**:Jr. Digital Marketer
**Location**:Ahmedabad (On-site)
**Experience**: 1+ years

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to generate quality leads.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI.
- Develop and implement paid strategies, including audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing.
- Monitor and optimize ad spend to maximize conversion rates.
- Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages in collaboration with the design team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track, report, and analyze website traffic and PPC initiatives.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
