**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and verify laboratory data including analytical results, test methods, and instrument calibration records.
- Ensure that all testing (food, potable water, purified water, WFI, etc.) is performed as per approved SOPs, STPs, and validated methods.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and pharmacopeial standards (e.g., USP, IP, BIS, WHO, FSSAI).
- Review QMS documentation, including incident reports, change controls, deviations, and CAPA.
- Check online and offline data entries for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
- Coordinate with lab analysts and QA to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in audits and inspections (internal/external) and ensure audit readiness of records.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of microbiological and chemical testing of food and water.
- Understanding of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in reviewing analytical documents, SOPs, STPs, and QMS documentation.
- Proficiency in data verification and good documentation practices.
- Attention to detail, compliance mindset, and good communication skills.
