Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.

**Introduction**:
What will you be doing?

Trade Management Related functions
- Responsible for timely and accurate Risk Modifying Activities, which includes the following:

- Initial Trade Capture
- Past Trade Activities (product dependent but includes and is not limited to Allocations and Life Cycling activities)
- Position Changes (Novations, Terminations (Full & Partial), NPVs)
- Responsible for exception and query management
- Adhere to a ‘right first time’ policy on all risk modifying activities
- Production of bespoke reports for all products covered (FX and Rates).

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written skills. Fluent in English
- Understand the Front to Back lifecycle of a trade and its associated risks to the firm and to clients
- Experience gained in high volume House and client service environment
- Knowledge of Markets (FX, Rates)
