Introduction:
Fixed Income Financing Trade Capture is predominately responsible for:

- timely and accurate risk modifying activities
- Initial trade capture
- Post trade activities (life-cycling)
- Risk & Control
- Manual trade bookings including repos, fee based borrows, cash moves.
- Booking funding for the firms cash desks including covering short positions and financing long positions.
- Assist with position management across FIF Trading books

What will you be doing?
- Accurate and diligent ownership of trade bookings (including close-outs and life-cycling events)
- Meeting the high expectations Sales & Trading
- Managing workflow in an effective, efficient and timely manner
- Prioritising a demanding workload - identifying risk exposure
- Accountability and the risk awareness to assist the business in coordinating the rectification of complex issues across the trade flow

What we’re looking for:

- Good communicator - clarity, brevity and precision
- Effective team player
- Demonstrate ownership and prioritise work under pressure

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience gained within Fixed Income Financing preferable, or relevant exposure gained within Markets.
- Previous experience gained in an Investment Banking operational environment
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

- Keen to broaden cross-product knowledge and experience
