**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Land Identification & Acquisition**: Identify and evaluate potential land sites for purchase that meet the company's requirements. This includes researching land availability, assessing land value, and analyzing the feasibility of land transactions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research in the local market to identify trends, upcoming areas for land acquisition, and potential landowners for purchase negotiations.
- **Negotiation & Liaison**: Negotiate with landowners, property agents, and other stakeholders to acquire land at competitive rates. Act as the liaison between the company and landowners to finalize the purchase agreements.
- **Documentation & Legal Compliance**: Ensure all legal documentation and regulatory processes involved in the land acquisition are completed accurately and promptly. Coordinate with legal teams to review contracts, titles, and ownership papers.
- **Site Visits & Surveys**: Conduct regular site visits to assess the suitability and condition of land for purchase. Coordinate with surveyors and other experts to gather necessary information.
- **Report & Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, negotiations, and land acquisition activities. Prepare regular reports on land acquisition status and challenges.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Regularly update internal teams on land acquisition progress, challenges, and timelines.
- **Local Networking**: Build strong relationships with landowners, real estate agents, local authorities, and community stakeholders to stay informed about new opportunities.
