**Description**:
We are seeking a Support Executive to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and resolving technical issues related to our products and services.

**Education Requirements**:
SVM requires applicants to meet the following education requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

**How you will contribute**:

- Troubleshooting technical issues related to operating systems, basic networking, and MySQL database
- Providing basic support for hardware and software issues
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and escalating to senior team members when necessary
- Updating customer information and documenting support cases in our CRM system
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Assisting with product training for new customers as required
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support

**What will make you successful**:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts, operating systems and MySQL databases
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends if required

- Basic Networking Skills
