**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create **print materials** such as brochures, flyers, standees, business cards, and packaging designs
- Work closely with the **marketing and product teams** to translate concepts into visually appealing designs
- Ensure brand consistency across all projects and adhere to company design guidelines
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content as needed
- Stay updated with **latest design trends, tools, and techniques** to bring fresh creativity to the team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field** (preferred but not mandatory if skills are proven)
- Proven **2-4 years of experience** as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)**:

- Knowledge of **Canva, Figma, or Sketch** is an added advantage
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work
- Understanding of **branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles**:

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong time management and communication skills

**Nice to Have**
- Motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills
- UI/UX design exposure
- Knowledge of **social media trends and digital marketing creatives**
