Job Role : Telecaller
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients, and explaining products and services for generating appointments.
- Generate leads/prospects over the phone.
- Ability to develop maintain positive working relationships with the client
- Giving presentations, speech and other administrative duties as required.
- Telecaller will be responsible for acquiring new clients, Identifying business opportunities, facilitating the creation of solutions for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients receive timely and accurate information about company products and services.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
