**Role Overview**

We are seeking a personable and efficient Receptionist and Telecaller to manage our front desk operations and handle client appointment bookings. This dual role involves providing a warm welcome to in-person visitors and effectively managing phone inquiries to ensure smooth scheduling of salon appointments. If you excel at customer service and enjoy engaging with clients, we’d love to have you on our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and booking appointments.
- Manage the appointment calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling to optimize the salon’s operations.
- Confirm appointments with clients via calls or messages and handle rescheduling requests.
- Provide clients with information about salon services, prices, and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in upselling salon services and products during client interactions.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain records of transactions.
- Collaborate with the salon team to ensure seamless client experiences.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in a customer service role (preferably in the salon, spa, or beauty industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing appointment booking software or systems (training can be provided).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Basic knowledge of beauty and wellness services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**What We Offer**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
