Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Execute trades in equity and derivatives markets to implement investment strategies and manage investment risks.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and news to identify potential trading opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with quant analysts, software developers to develop and implement trading strategies based on market analysis and research.
- Maintain relationships with POC at execution systems and tools to ensure efficient and effective trade execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain trading systems and tools to support trading operations and decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulations related to equity and derivatives trading.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of equity and derivatives markets, including trading strategies, market structure, and regulatory requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in executing trades in equity and derivatives markets, preferably in a buy-side capacity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in equity and derivatives trading in the financial services industry is preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time.
- ‘Get stuff done’ and flexible mindset for greater good of the organization.
- Intellectually curious and eager to learn.
- A major influencer & strategic thinker
