Key Responsibilities:

Execute trades in equity intraday using company provided funds. Develop and implement effective trading strategies to maximize returns.

Monitor market trends, analyze data, and adapt to changing conditions. Maintain disciplined risk management to protect capital.

Provide regular updates on trading performance and strategies.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Stock Market and technical analysis. Ability to make quick, data driven decisions under pressure.

Proficiency with trading platforms. Excellent risk management and emotional discipline.

Optional : Trading experience or specific certifications will add more value

Description : You will join our team as a trainee for an initial 3-month period, which may be extended based on your performance. During this time, no fixed stipend or salary will be provided, but performance-based incentives may be offered. Upon successful completion of the trainee period, you will transition to payroll with a fixed stipend and a profit-sharing model. No additional funds or payments will be provided if your trades result in losses and may lead to termination of your job opportunity. This is a full-time position with working hours from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM. You will need to open a trading account through our partnered broker to enable trade tracking. All funds for account setup, management, and trading will be provided by the firm.
