**Experience : 3-5 Years**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Quant Trader:

- Execute, monitor, and optimize systematic trading strategies in live markets.
- Collaborate with researchers to enhance trading models and identify new opportunities.
- Design risk management systems to ensure robust execution across asset classes.
- Develop tools to analyze real-time market data and post-trade performance.
- Manage trade execution and ensure smooth functioning of automated systems.
- Regularly review strategy performance and recommend improvements.
- Implement Machine Learning models and Artificial Intelligence to the ongoing strategies and new strategies that are developed.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of trading experience in equities, derivatives, or commodities.
- Exceptional understanding of trading concepts and market dynamics.
- Programming proficiency in Python or C++.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with high-frequency or mid-frequency trading is a plus.
- **A degree in highly analytical field such as engineering, mathematics, finance or computer science from top-tier institutions.**
- Detail oriented and inquisitive to problem solving.
- Proficiency in Linux environment, AWS & Cloud Operations.
- Strong Work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
