**Position Title**: Digital Marketing Executive - Focus on Organic Lead Generation

**Job Type**: Full-Time | **Location**: Indore | **Experience Level**: Freshers with at least 6 months’ experience preferred

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a **Digital Marketing Executive** with a passion for **organic lead generation** to expand our reach through **social media** and **direct customer engagement**. The role involves attracting new leads by engaging potential clients through **calls **and **live chat**, combining digital marketing acumen with relationship-building skills to help drive our company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and implement **organic lead generation** strategies on **social media**, blogs, forums, and other digital spaces to attract new prospects.
- Interact with potential leads via **inbound and outbound calls** and **live chat** to answer questions, foster connections, and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce and refine content that increases **organic reach** and supports lead conversion.
- Oversee and evaluate social media activities, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with leads through customized interactions.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing routine reports to track progress and effectiveness.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead transfer processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in **organic lead generation** within a digital marketing role is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of **content marketing** and effective **social media** strategies.
- Strong verbal communication skills, especially in customer engagement via calls and live chat.
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing client communication.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media management tools (such as Instagram and Facebook).
- Previous experience in **calls and chat **for lead nurturing or customer support.
