
Admin Officer

The Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative tasks of the organization. Key duties include managing attendance, resolving issues, handling manpower, and visiting various project sites.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Attendance Management**:
- Monitor and take daily attendance of employees.
- Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained and submitted for payroll processing.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Address and resolve any employee or administrative issues promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for concerns related to office management or employee grievances.
- **Site Visits**:
- Regularly visit all project sites to ensure proper operations and administrative compliance.
- Check on-site attendance, manpower allocation, and any other operational issues.
- **Manpower Handling**:
- Oversee the distribution and management of manpower across various sites.
- Ensure that each project site is adequately staffed and that workers are effectively managed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office).
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
**Experience**:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
