**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Audit and Assurance**:

- Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for clients across various industries.
- Prepare audit reports, verify financial documents, and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information for audits.
- **Income Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Handle tax computations, assessments, and TDS returns.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory for clients.
- Address notices from the Income Tax Department and resolve queries.
- **GST Compliance**:

- Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile input tax credit, and handle GST compliance.
- Assist in GST audits and resolve client queries.
- **Accounting Support**:

- Review and finalize financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and ledger management for clients.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain proper documentation for audits, tax filings, and assessments.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial summaries for client presentations.
- **Client Management**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business and financial needs.
- Provide consultancy on improving financial efficiency and tax-saving strategies.

**Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and tax filing portals.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Practical experience in handling audits, ITR filing, and GST compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,586.43 - ₹26,023.52 per month
