**Financial Transactions Management**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Handle invoice processing and verification.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial data and generate reports for management review.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare financial statements and assist in financial forecasting.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards.
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the resolution of financial queries and issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹14,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
