**Job Summary**

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing insights.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in customer service with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Have experience or knowledge in the payer domain which is considered an advantage.
- Show proficiency in using customer service software and tools for efficient service delivery.
- Display a customer-centric approach with a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Be adaptable to work in a hybrid model and night shifts as required.
