**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Possess basic workforce management skills to support efficient service operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Show attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Display problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and recommend solutions.
- Have experience or knowledge in the payer domain is a plus.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification.
