**Join the team**

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Purchasing & Finance Operations Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will split your time and responsibilities equally between purchasing and finance tasks, playing a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of both teams. You’ll focus on administrative support, data management, and process improvement while working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors.

This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with raising and tracking purchase orders and managing supplier onboarding.
- Maintain purchasing records and support vendor communications.
- Support invoice processing and accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Provide administrative support for financial reporting and month-end close.
- Assist in developing purchasing policies and improving financial processes.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of purchasing and finance principles or eagerness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with accounting or purchasing software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on site.
