We are hiring at **Shift Risk Insurance Brokers Limited**
Shift Risk's journey began as a corporate agent in the year 2008 with head office at Mumbai, while we received our Broking License from Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India (IRDAI) in August 2016.
Shift Risk has been rapidly growing within the insurance domain for more than 15 years with a Team size i.e. head count of 75 with 3 Branches across India.
Please find below Job Description of Customer Care Executive:
- 1- explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits
2- promoting the products
3- customer follow-up
4- feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
5- brand promotion tele
6- Maintain register for the same.
7- Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
