Sales Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the territory to expand product reach and revenue.

Market Development
- Visit retailers and other points of sale to introduce, promote, and sell the company's range of spices.
- Expand the existing customer base by securing new clients and strengthening relationships with current retailers.
- Appoint new distributors to cover the maximum of Pune and nearby areas.

Order Management
- Coordinate with the distributor and super stockist to manage orders, ensuring that retailers receive products on time.
- Regularly track and replenish stock levels at various points of sale to maintain consistent availability.

Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the sales channel.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Market Intelligence
- Gather insights on competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends to assist the company in developing sales strategies.
- Regularly report market feedback, product performance, and retailer feedback to the sales manager.

Promotion and Merchandising Support
- Implement promotional activities and product displays at retailer locations, ensuring products are well-positioned for maximum visibility and appeal.
- Assist in setting up in-store branding and displays and train retailers on product benefits and usage.

Reporting and Documentation
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, expenses, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory in the designated region.

Compliance and Ethics
- Adhere to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards while representing the brand.
- Ensure compliance with local market regulations and company values in all sales activities.
- Be loyal and committed to all product ranges of the company, including future additions to the portfolio.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
