**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- The incumbent must have experience in creation of new products to cater for existing market trends in footwear.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Financial**
- To assist in conducting feasibility study for new product. To assist in preparation of process flow chart including process FMEA preparation.**Customer Oriented**
- To focus on customer fulfilment and service.
- To critical analysis of customer feedback.

**People Oriented**
- To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

**Internal Business Process**
- Work for Samples development
- Graphics designing
- Creative designing
- To maintain 5S in Sample room
- Maintaining inventory of Sample room products
- To work as a coordinator of Sample room
- To assist in implementation of Product Mix on an on-going basis.
- Preparation of reports on Monthly/Weekly/daily/ need basis
- To assist in Pilot Production / New Product Development
- To constantly benchmarking and improving the quality of the new products.
