- Systematically collect and document customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Implement methods to gather insights into customer preferences, purchasing behavior,and satisfaction levels.
- Use collected data to tailor offerings and enhance the conversion process.
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies using various channels, such as digital marketing, cold calling, and networking.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilize data-driven insights to personalize interactions and improve customer engagement.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales, and data collection.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CMS, lead management tools, and data visualization tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
